MINNEAPOLIS (June 7, 2011) - On February 9th, 2011, Plymouth-based metal fabricator Seelye Craftsmen Co. received Certificate of Compliance from Bureau Veritas for ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100-B.

Seelye Craftsmen Co. earned certification after nearly a year of training, auditing, and improving it’s processes and procedures. ISO and AS9100 certification are further steps in a continuous improvement plan Seelye begun nearly five years ago.  These newly added certificates will allow the company to gain access to the Aerospace and Defense markets. In addition to ISO and AS9100 Seelye has previously received NSF certification for several pieces of food equipment it manufacturers.

“It took much time and hard work to achieve this goal, but we are confident that it will open up new markets and opportunities and ensure a bright future for our company and its employees,” John Dahl, Controller said.
