Job Title: General Laborer

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will perform various tasks to support our daily operations. Your duties will include assisting skilled tradespeople and machine operators, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and other general tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep tasks.

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.

• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.

• Help with setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.

• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Laborer or similar role is preferred.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Good hand-eye coordination and endurance.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures is a plus.
