Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher to join our manufacturing team. As a Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing metal parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires proficiency in various finishing techniques and the ability to work with different types of metals.
Responsibilities:

Perform finishing operations on metal parts such as grinding, deburring, polishing, and buffing.

Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired finishes.

Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.

Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Metal Finisher or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery for metal finishing.

Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Skills:
